R3venue (Kiss Gergő E.V., Hungary) is committed to protecting personal data. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with the r3venue.io website and our B2B business outreach.
1. Data controller

2. B2B business outreach (cold email)
We may process publicly available professional information, in particular: name, job title, company name, business email address, LinkedIn profile URL, company domain, and campaign interaction data (e.g. replies, unsubscribes).
Purpose: to initiate business contact. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing at any time.
3. Use of the website
When you visit the website we may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, device data, log files) for security and operational purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Booking (cal.com)
Bookings are made through cal.com, where you enter your data directly (e.g. name, email address, time slot). Cal.com's own privacy terms apply to that processing.
5. Data processors
We may use the following service providers in the course of our work: Google Workspace (email infrastructure), Plusvibe (outreach platform), Clay (data research / enrichment), cal.com (bookings), and hosting providers.
Some providers may operate outside the EEA; in such cases we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Outreach campaign data is generally retained for up to 12 months. Unsubscribe records may be kept on a suppression list to prevent further contact.
