    We never send cold outreach from your main domain. We use separate sending domains, proper DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup, inbox warmup, conservative sending volumes, and deliverability monitoring so campaigns can reach inboxes without putting your primary domain at risk.

  • How do you approach targeting and data?

    Outbound is data-first. We define the ICP, build targeted lists, enrich leads with meaningful data points, and segment by industry, role, company signals, and buying triggers. Better targeting means better messages — and better replies.

  • How long until we see results?

    Most of our partners see results within 60 days. This can go as low as 2 weeks.

  • What counts as a qualified meeting?

    A meeting with someone who matches your ICP, understands the reason for the call, and has a realistic fit for your offer. No-shows and irrelevant calls don’t count.

  • Do we need an existing list or CRM?

    No. Lead list building is part of the service.

  • How much involvement do we need from your side?

    We handle the outbound system, but we still need your input on the offer, ICP, approvals, and sales feedback. The better the feedback loop, the faster we can identify what works and scale it.

  • What visibility do we have into the campaigns?
